Greetings to our visitors. 

My name is Mike, and I'm the webmaster of the Nautilus Realty and Management Co. website. We're glad you could stop by for awhile. If you've browsed around the rest of the site, particularly the Welcome Page, you may have gotten the impression that we are somewhat proud of the natural beauty of the area in which we live and work. You would be correct. We take joy in the rivers, lakes, woods, fields, and wildlife of our home and would like to share that with everyone. We would also like you to share the beauty of where you live with us. The theme I'm looking for is "Nature's Beauty". The photos can be of scenery, clouds, flowers, wildlife, etc.. Use your imagination. Let's have some fun with this! To get the ball rolling, I'll put several of my own photos and those of some friends here. Click on the thumbnails below to see a larger version.

When submitting photos please include the following: your name, e-mail address, title of the photo (if any), where it was taken, what it is we're looking at, and any information you would like to include. At a minimum, I would like to be able to put your name with the photo. For example: 'Sunset over the Rockies' by John Q. Public. However, if you want to remain anonymous, I'll just publish the photo. On the other hand, if you've got a personal website that you would like me to link the photo to, or link your name to your e-mail address, I can do that as well. Just let me know what you'd like. Please be aware that I will not link anything on our website to any website with questionable, offensive, or inappropriate material. Let's all try to be mature adults about this.

We can handle most common graphics file formats, but .JPG is preferred. If a photo is submitted in a format that I do not have a program to open it, I'll simply reply to you and request it in a different format. Try to keep the photos not more than 600 or 700 pixels in height or width. That will keep the file size reasonable and will help speed uploads and downloads.

If you do not have a digital camera or scanner, you can send a  good quality print to me and I will scan it myself. IF you PRINT your return address LEGIBLY, and you request the print be returned to you, I will do so, in as timely a manner as possible. Send mail to:
